EN9 – BRIGHT BAR Grade Introduction:
En9 round bar is also known by its trade name  070M55. The carbon content in the alloy of an en9 bright bar ranges between 0.5 – 0.6%, thus making this grade a medium carbon steel alloy. The tensile strength of the en9 steel rod could be developed between 500 Mpa – 800 Mpa.
EN9 – BRIGHT BAR Grade Application:
Typical applications for the en9 flat bar include its use in the production of shafts, woodworking,  axes, knives, crankshafts, screws, bushes, sprockets, springs, cams, cylinders, sickles, drills as well as small gears, machine tools, keys and hammers.
